5. The Deck

Our deck is a versatile outdoor space perfect for hosting events such as weddings, gatherings, or celebrations. We are happy to provide this area to enhance your experience. However, please note that guests are required to follow our event guidelines to ensure the comfort and safety of all visitors.

We are pet friendly, however, the presence of aggressive or restricted breeds such as Pitbulls, Rottweilers and other and similar dogs or animals on the premises is not allowed. We reserve the right of refusal to maintain a safe and peaceful environment for everyone.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notification on our site. Your continued use of the site and our services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Cloud-House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, nor will be responsible for any accidents caused buy natural disasters, falling trees or branches.
